Returns and Exchanges:

a) All products sold on our website are made to order and therefore returns are not accepted. This statement is clearly indicated on the product detail pages.

b) There is NO right to return or exchange products purchased by trying them on at our store/atelier.

c) You can exchange the size and model once within 7 days from the date you receive the product.

d) To create an exchange request, you must send an email to asli@parlaquestyling.com, stating your reason for exchange. Please be sure to include your Full Name and order code in the subject line of the email.

e) Products sent without an exchange request being created via email WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED.

f) Your exchange request will be answered via email. Along with the address of our central location for exchange, our contracted shipping company customer code will be provided to you.

g) If you wish to send your package with a shipping company other than our contracted one, all shipping fees will be borne by you.

h) You can drop off your package at the nearest cargo branch by writing the shipping company customer code provided in the email. Please keep your tracking number with you.

i) Once the products reaching us are inspected for compliance with exchange conditions and your exchange request is approved, the new product will be sent to you free of charge.

j) Exchanges for online orders are NOT accepted at our physical sales points/stores.

k) Products that do not comply with the exchange conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back with shipping costs paid by the recipient.

Exchange Conditions:

a) Exchanges are processed once only. A second exchange cannot be made.

b) Used products, products that have lost their originality, and products without their labels are definitely not eligible for exchange.

c) Products damaged due to use (torn, deformed in shape, broken, etc.) are not accepted for exchange.

d) Products tried on while wearing strong-smelling perfumes or deodorants that may leave marks are not accepted for exchange.

e) If there are any free or promotional products sent as part of the order alongside all returned products, these are not subject to exchange. For the exchange of any product within a set, all products in the set must be sent together. They cannot be exchanged individually. If only a single product from a set is sent, Parlaque Studio will not accept the exchange and will only process the product exchange if all products are sent.

f) The package is under the customer's responsibility until it reaches the exchange address. Parlaque Studio does not assume any responsibility for packages damaged or lost during shipping. Please ensure that your packages are well-packed and sent with a traceable, insured company.
